Well, we got our first real snowfall last night. Up until now, we’ve gotten some dusings of snow, but today we got a little over 2 inches on the ground. And, according to the weather dudes, more should be on the way tomorrow night.
I should be outisde shoveling the snow right now, but since I woke up ths morning with a wicked soar throat and a most horrible cough, Jess volunteered to go out and do it for me. I tried to argue with her, but she won out when I was totally unable to make it out of bed.
I’m really not sure if I am the loser or winner in this situation.
I had a nice bowl of Apple Cinamon Cheerios when I finally did manage to get out of bed. The milk really helped coat my throat and take away the rawness.
I was going to go into work around 11am today, but due to the weather and the way I feel, I think I may put that off until 12pm. That’w when I was scheduled anyway, so it’s not a big deal.
