This is going to be the first Thanksgiving that I will not be eating with my family. Well, my natural family that is.
Since Jess’s mom is re-doing her house, my sister-in-law Brandi has offered to host Thanksgiving Dinner. That’s great, but she decided to have it the same time as my parent’s dinner.
Since the gas prices have been outrageous, we have not had the same opportunities we have had in the past to see Jess’s family, so we decided to go to their dinner this year instead.
The plus side is seeing her family which is awesome. The downside is that I only get 1 dinner this year rather then my usual 2.
Somehow I think I will survive though.
