This year’s deer season has snuck up on me. Between working my seasonal job at Best Buy and Miss Adelaide i hardly know when to sleep anymore. I just came off from working 4 or 5 days straight (I honestly can’t even remember) and I finally get 2 days off to hunt. Although the one bad thing is that I only get to hunt a 1/2 day tomorrow since I have a therapy appointment tomorrow afternoon. I would normally think ab out canceling it but it took me a month and a half to get the initial appointment and then they had to work some magic to get me an appointment every 2 weeks, which is what my therapist wants. But since I have Tuesday off as well, I don’t feel so bad leaving after half a day. I’m not off again until sometime next week so I plan on taking advantage of every minute I can get in the woods.
And I’m going to be doing something new this year. I’m taking the camera with me to get some good pictures of the roaming deer. I used my iPhone for this last year and the quality wasn’t there because I had to zoom and and that’s not something that camera is made for. My regular camera is certainly made for this.
