Well, I ended up staying up until a after 3am watching TiVo since I couldn’t sleep. I came home exhausted, and ended up falling asleep on the couch after dinner. Jess was kind enough to let me sleep as she was baking pies for today, and I ended up waking up around 11pm. It was great to take a nap, but I hate it when I sleep that late because I know I will be up half the night.
I did end up waking up around 9:30am this morning, while be later then I wanted to get up, still was pretty early in the grand scheme of things.
Right now, Jess is making some breakfast, and finishing her last pie.
In fact, it’s just about time for me to jump in the shower, and get ready to head out. I’ve got to clean out the car to fit me, Jess, Loki, and pies. Then once we’re all packed up, it’s an hour and a half drive to Brandi’s house and glorious Thanksgiving Day dinner.
Let the gorging begin!!
